Is your jewelry waterproof or tarnish-proof?
Yes. We use high-quality stainless steel and PVD plating, so our pieces are waterproof, sweatproof, and tarnish-resistant
Can I wear it in the shower or gym?
Yes! Nolani Co. jewelry is built to go wherever you do — no need to take it off.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Most of our styles are safe for sensitive skin.
📦 SHIPPING + DELIVERY
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days
Custom name pieces: Up to 3 business weeks for production before shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $50+. Rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon!
🔄 RETURNS + EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Do you offer custom pieces or engraving?
Yes! Our Personalized Collection includes nameplates and made-to-order items. Custom pieces take up to 3 business weeks to create before shipping.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
