Return and Refund Policy:

At Nolani CO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions:

• Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows any signs of wear or damage.
• Custom jewelry, special orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
• Exchanges are accepted. Once your return is approved, the best way to exchange an item is to make a separate purchase for the new item desired.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. Conditions for return within the EU are as follows:

• The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
